These are contraindications.
- Pregnancy
- Suffering from immunosuppressive disorders where there is evidence of actual immunosuppression (some tumors, AIDS, etc.)
- Active skin infections (herpes zoster or simplex, chicken pox, contagious impetigo, etc.)
- Conditions that pose a significant deterioration in health status (major febrile disorders)
- Retinol or oral isotretinoin Roaccutane ®, TIGASON ®, Neotigason ® (wait six months)
- Hair removal near the eye which may allow entry of the laser in the eyeball and its impact on pigmented structures such as iris and retina
- Areas of poor support (inner and outer area of the ear).
- Mucous membranes
- Tattoos
